Points Path

A daily travel newsletter with 100K+ subscribers needed to scale output without adding headcount. I came on as a contractor to manage editorial operations and saw an opportunity to systematize the workflow.

I developed an AI-assisted editing process that reduced editing time by ~40% while maintaining quality and voice consistency. The system is now embedded in daily operations.

What I did:
